Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 3-5 Business Days to process your custom order. Expect an email within 1 Business Day to let you know your order is on the way! For non-custom orders, please allow 1 Business Day to process your order, and expect email within 1 Business Day to notify you that your order is on the way.

 
STORE PICKUP : 
We do not maintain a physical storefront, so we are unable to allow local pickup.  We can however, arrange to provide local delivery if within 20 miles of San Diego, California.

SHIPPING RATES:

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 Business Days using the United States Postal Service (USPS).   We ship to confirmed USA addresses only. 

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and 
 displayed at checkout. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thomas.kangas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
